Building Envelope Evaluations and Failure Analysis
Building envelope components are constantly changing as architects attempt to “go green”, remedy old problems, and incorporate new products. As these changes take place, new problems requiring new solutions will need to be addressed until the industry understands the failure mode and makes adjustments. BE-CI relies on our extensive experience to address the current problems, while at the same time making a special effort to study and analyze the new products as they are introduced. BE-CI provides Building Analysis and Condition Surveys for new construction when it is turned over to an Owner, as well as Due Diligence Reports for potential buyers or sellers. We also provide Evaluations for older buildings to develop a realistic maintenance program linked to Reserve Funding.
